Working from Turn/River’s strategy, I oversaw a team of designers to explore a range of brand expressions—testing tone, personality, and visual direction. The final system balanced professionalism with approachability, aligning with the firm’s future-facing ethos.






Website Strategy
In close collaboration with The Bulleit Group, we defined the messaging strategy and user experience. Waltz led the sitemap and wireframe development while Bulleit crafted content in partnership with the Turn/River team.

Website Design & Development
We approached the build in two phases. Phase one focused on launching core pages, adapting quickly when COVID-related delays postponed a planned photoshoot. In phase two, we rolled out additional content such as News and Resources, and later updated team and office photography once new imagery was complete—resulting in a cohesive, modern site that reflects the firm’s next chapter.
