Working with Teak, I was responsible for extending the Medallia brand guidelines to a campaign. Designed to engage B2B customers in their Customer Experience (CX) platforms. I concepted three directions including copywriting and art direction showing execution to ads, digital and social media.

Direct Mail Concept
The client had asked for a sticky direct mail campaign to target large clients with Medallia's CX service. Salespeople would prepare custom reports into a templat that we'd design to get their prospect's attention. I started with Medallia's mark as inspiration and created an origami portfolio to hold a personal note and the custom report. The unfolding would leave a memorable customer experience.
