The Challenge
As DLC expanded its Quality Product Listing (QPL) into new programs, its existing website no longer met the needs of members or key audiences. They needed a more robust, user-friendly digital experience.
We kicked off with a full site audit and discovery sessions to align on goals, followed by persona development grounded in customer research to guide a smarter, more intuitive UX strategy.

Turning Insight into Interaction
Building on in-depth persona research, we partnered with the DLC team to map out key user actions and workflows — from product searches to listing updates. These insights informed a reorganized content structure, new sitemap, and streamlined user journeys.
We developed wireframes for user testing, then applied the DLC brand system to craft an accessible, intuitive UI — fully optimized to meet modern web accessibility standards.
Bringing Clarity to Complexity for Members
Beyond the public site, we partnered with VND to design and build a secure-access member portal, giving registered users streamlined access to exclusive tools and resources. We developed the content architecture, mapped workflows, and prototyped key portal functions to support a more intuitive and efficient member experience.
