
The Challenge
The DLC had outgrown their previous website as they continued to evolve and grow their Quality Product Listing (QPL) into new programs. They sought a robust digital experience that would better serve member organizations and connect with secondary audiences.
We began with a website audit and several planning sessions to understand client objectives and goals. We studied customer profiles and research to develop user personas to guide the UX design.






MyDLC Member Portal
In addition to the front-end website experience, Waltz worked with VND to design and develop a secure-access member portal. This allows registered users access to gated content and resources. We planned the content architecture, workflow and prototyped various functions.
