Campaign Creative Direction
We led the creative for six in-store campaigns each year, crafting crave-able, on-trend marketing that boosted loyalty and drew in new fans. Each season, we conducted research, developed concepts, and directed production—from art direction and copywriting to post—highlighting returning favorites and launching new menu items. We collaborated closely with Panera’s marketing team, agency partners, and talent like photographers Eva Kolenko and Francine Zaslow to ensure the work resonated across digital, print, and out-of-home channels.

Product  Design
I provided strategic direction and creative oversight to my team to support a range of new initiatives, from relaunching the Catering Program, Gift Cards to improving the ordering process. I conducted site visits, user research, prototyped solutions, and helped roll out scalable improvements that supported Mobile Order Ahead and elevated the in-cafe experience.
Panera at Home (CPG)
Led brand strategy and packaging for new grocery categories including coffee, proteins, and bread. Created the “Panera at Home” sub-brand, redesigned soup and dressing lines, and consulted on a test-market meal kit program.
Corporate Communications
We assisted on initiatives to design Corporate Sustainability Reports and sub-brands for the Panera Gives programs that gave back to the community.
