Campaign Creative Direction
We developed six major in-store campaigns per year, blending seasonal insights with fresh creative to boost loyalty and attract new guests. I led concept development, copy, and art direction—collaborating with Panera’s internal team, agency partners, and renowned photographers like Eva Kolenko and Francine Zaslow to produce crave-worthy work across print, digital, and OOH channels.
Product  Design & Guest Experience
From relaunching Panera Catering to improving the Mobile Order Ahead journey, I provided strategic and creative oversight across key customer touchpoints. I conducted in-store visits, led user research, prototyped solutions, and helped implement scalable design improvements that elevated both digital and in-café experiences.

Panera at Home (CPG)
Led brand strategy and packaging for new grocery categories including coffee, proteins, and bread. Created the “Panera at Home” sub-brand, redesigned soup and dressing lines, and consulted on a test-market meal kit program.
Corporate Communications
We assisted on initiatives to design Corporate Sustainability Reports and sub-brands for the Panera Gives programs that gave back to the community.
