Panera had licensed its bakery-cafe brand into the grocery aisles with salad dressing and soup categories. We were charged with extending the brand experience into other categories including coffee, sous-vide proteins, sliced and frozen bread. We led the redesign of the salad dressings and soups as well. In addition, I consulted on a test market pre-packaged meal kit called Panera at Home.
I consulted with the Panera CPG team to market and brand an in-store kiosk that pulled several of the new product SKUs together in one unit. We created the sub-brand "Panera at Home" along with messaging.
